Thanks guys for you comments. I did manage to talk to Corey today and he confirmed that the mix would have been off a bit. Since these are such small amounts to mix it is very easy to put too much or not enough activator. Not scraping the mixing cups out can have quite a dramatic effect. Anyway mine is starting to harden up nice now. He also said that it is no problem doing touchups as the new coat will bond.
