Greetings, Y'all.

I got creative today and finished up a project I wanted to get done so that I could complete a different project. I needed a router table but I wanted something inset into my work bench. I searched the city for some kind of gadget that I could use but found nothing until I was on the verge of building my own device. I bought a few bits to make my own router holder when I discovered the Ryobi portable table at Home Depot. I calculated that to build my own device the cost would be not far from the cost for the Ryobi table, so I bought the Ryobi. Unfortunately, the table came with an unwanted router. I already own a Porter Cable router. I suppose owning two routers isn't a bad thing...just have to figure out how to use both at once and I could route strips for a kayak pretty quickly. The project I am working on these days is a couple of oak framed display cases to be used in memory of someone who died recently. They will display autographed hockey jerseys with photographs of Wayne Gretzkey and the man who died: he was an ardent hockey fan.
