The hull looks like Charlotte's Web and has a repaired hole where someone put a bow thru it. I am not going to worry so much about getting it pretty as making it sound and fix the leak. This fellow I spoke with repairs and builds racing hulls and recommended repair followed by painting the bottom. We'll see what he says when he lays eyes and hands on it.
