Andy,
I glassed the deck and hull as you have it, though without so much distortion. After glassing the inside I did notice some "opening up" of the deck and hull. I then made speader bars for each station and placed a ceramic heater underneath to heat (first hull, then deck) and the shape came right back after letting them cool on the spreader bars. I made the speader bars with deck and hull notches so that after cooling they could both "rest" if the final position till I was ready to join them. I did heat and cool a couple of cycles till I got it right.

: epoxy. I guess my final option would be to hot glue the boat
