Never used them. Switched to Sea Dogs and really like them. I have a set of Yakamas in my go-to boat and I don't like them. To hard to adjust while on the water. My ankles get stiff and I like the move the them ever hour or so. The Sea Dogs have a similar adjustment and super simple to adjust and they have a finer adjustment. I have some $29.

Funny thing I know where a totaly destroyed kayak is on the lake with a set of these (I think) in them. Just got to screw driver with me next time and I am going to salvage them.
