It might be a good idea to round off any of those 'pointy bits', too ...(I am thinking of those between the sheer and the chine etc)
I know that 'in theory' the skin will not touch those points... but I have had to go back in and round off a few places in my experience :)
You definitely want to make the 'masik' form thicker for comfort,as the single thickness of plywood will dig into your legs... (and rounded off to save the skin of your shins and knees).
