Hi Kirk

You can't attach pictures.

Your picture needs to be resident somewhere on the web, find the page on which your picture appears, then open the picture in a new window, copy the address (which will start with http:// and end in a .jpg suffix) and paste the address in the appropriate field.

I hope this makes sense.
