I agree with Bill, Sweet Composites and I used West System epoxy 207. Works great! I've used the epoxy (on the boat) for 2 years and have yet to varnish, but I will this winter. No degradation from UV rays. I'm in Georgia too (north of Atlanta). I mailed order the fabric from Sweets and bought epoxy locally at West marine (not related to the epoxy, I believe).
