But for the pfd, the items you seek can be assembled yourself for just a few dollars. I'm sorry that I don't have links at hand, but a short search should yield what you need. Greenland paddles can be had for the cost of two 2-by-4s, for example. I'm sure the generous participants on this board will have more to offer, but doing things for yourself is so rewarding that I'd hate to see you overlook the option.
