Strip: custom seats/footrests

Looking to go with REdfish CUSTOM kayak seat (around $150) for my Night Heron. anyone with Pros/Cons on this item??? Besides cost that is.
AND: do NOT want to bolt holes for foot rests. Found PrimeNylon pair online at Duckworks ($30) that can be epoxied in. Pros/Cons on this item?
WIll not be in the ocean or hard water of any kind. Calm lakes and ponds for this baby.
