NICE! The redwood will look amazing and is very light. I used Mahogany for the darker stripes and it is very heavy. The board came in at 20.4 pounds which is not bad by comparison to other boards. I used a lot of balsa and was very careful with glue and resin to keep it light. People are amazed when they ask to see how heavy it is. It looks like it would weigh a ton, but it feels very light. I highly recommend the kit from www.woodsurfboardsupply.com Normally I am against kits- I like to do everything on my own, but it sure saves time and the cnc parts fit perfectly. I don't think buying precut frames is nescessarily cheating, especially when you're building the thing in your bedroom. It sure cuts down on dust!!!! :D
