Hi all-
I've finally bit the bullet and I'm taking a whitewater class this winter. The local WW club has a lock on off-season pool practice, so it's partly a way to get into the pool. I'm used to using a Greenland paddle, and the right-hand control is making my wrist hurt. I'm trying to find a 0° offset paddle, but for the price I could buy enough carbon fiber for two paddles. I've never bought a boat or paddle before, so this is new territory for me.
Anyone here tried to make WW paddles? I have vacuum press tools, and I've depended on Jon Soller before, so I'm sure his seamless tubing would be awesome, and the shrink tube would mean I wouldn't need to figure out how to vacuum press a cylinder.
