Another version-
: From pictures I have come across, I see one bungie coming out of
: the deck, running about a foot long, and then return to inside
: the deck. It appears there is no seal here. Just two holes with
: a bungie run through and knotted on the inside. Or is there a
: sealed tube fiberglassed inside from one hole to the other. Any
: other ways of doing this cleanly?
