: I know to pour on the bond coat and then use a squezee...but the
: fill coat I'm not sure. Been told to use a FOAM roller to get an
: even amount of resin on...and then brush it out. BUT, do I pour
: the resin on boat like the fill coat...or do I pick up the resin
: in a pan with the roller? Any recommendations on the actual
: roller? and the brush to smooth out???
I never just pour the epoxy, too easy to get a huge mass in one location and dry spots in others. I always use a roller and pick the epoxy up with the roller like when you're painting. I tend to only roll the epoxy in one direction when I apply it to the boat, rolling it back and forth makes bubbles.
