I fill the weave from the seat forward to the foot pegs on the floor of the boat. I even lay some extra glass there too. This is where a lot of abrasion occurs sliding in and out of the boat and often there's are particles of sand on your feet. In a few years, you'll be surprised how much wear occurs where your heels rest.
