I wonder if they'll ever move that ship? It's been sitting there for how many years now? Maybe they should turn it into condos . . . .
Ever paddle around the Nooksack R delta at high tide? Interesting, with lots of beaver and a few otters. Upstream of the the log jam is kind of scary, though, once you think about getting trapped under it!
