: I glued a piece of white oak to the ceadar blank im playing with.
: this morning I checked it and to my surprise the loom was going
: to break before the glue joint does. COOL!!!

Btw, I prefer mahogany for the tips, honduras if I can get it. It's hard enough to not bruise too much and it's far lighter than most other hardwoods so doesn't add excessive weight. Also shapes and glues easily.
