Skin-on-Frame: Yost Sea Rider

I'm looking for a personal website with a little step by step on building the Sea Rider. Time to build the strong back and attach forms but having trouble getting my mind around it. On the Yost site I see the Sea Bee and Sea Ranger placement and and forms to attach forms 1 and 8 then get lost.
