Hi Dan,

You can measure from either the frames themselves or the keel, doesn't matter, the dimmensions are indeed on the offset table in the plans. If you use a point on the frames you just need to measure to where the keel will be when it's in place. HAB = Height above baseline. I use a stretched string to establish a baseline on the strongback since not all strongbacks are dead straight and plumb, but the streched string is. I just base the dimmensions on that string. Good to have a means of support for the frames that are supported that allow the string to be stretched thru that support and still allow the keel to be slid into place.
