First I want to thank Nick for the introduction, through the books and this forum, to a very rewarding hobby. Even if the Guillemot and Great Auk that I am building never touch the water, building them has been a blast. That bieng said, fiberglassing (something that is a month or two ahead for me) has been the aspect that's intimidated me the most, but the the video clip has really helped ease that worry. I do have a question though: What about the ends? The video finishes with the glass on the ends trimmed, but not flush. Will I just trim them down even more, and then lay a thin strip of glass along each end vertically?
