Thanks. That's a modified Werner ladder rack. I custom made the towers, with sockets attached by square U-bolts, which allow adjustment. As manufactured, the inner arms are length adjustable, so I can get 2 boats up there, though the inside one is more difficult to put in place.

Padding on the towers is heavy pipe unsulation. The rest of the padding is dock bumper.

I cut about 5 inches off the upright lengths. As supplied, the bed mounts were too light for my taste. So, I made slip-tubes with beefy custom mounts. The system was rated for 200 lbs. by Werner, even with the light bed hardware.
