: I am just building the strongback for my guillemot and have cut out
: all the forms. I am just about to cut off the taper on the end
: forms and do an internal stem peice but I am stalled because the
: taper looks like it rounds over and continues over the shear
: line and if I cut it out like that then how do I get the hull
: off the form later? what is the point of it going over the
: shear? I dont know I am prob over thinking this anyone care to
: chime in please?!?
: Dave
You could perhaps strip to the sheer, cut off the excess stem section, then hot glue the cut off section of stem back on so that it will come off with a bit of brute force later.
