This is the best I have right now that shows the whole thing. It looks good enough to still get all the "ooohs" and "ahhhs" on the beach!

Keep us posted on your progress. Hopefully you can fix it without having to strip the whole thing. Cedar warps easily as it soaks up moisture unevenly, but it also goes back to shape well. If it doesn't stay put maybe you can use a hand-held steamer to steam it back down. It responds well to steam.
