Shipping to where? It doesn't coat near that to ship it here, like under $10.

Uncertified aircraft dacron should be available I'd think most anywhere that homebuild aircraft are allowed in the world, which isn't everywhere. Pop down to the local flying field and ask around, can make for an interesting afternoon anyway :)
