I've got it, for me it actually helps paddling. I have far more issues in the winter when I can't paddle. Some years are better than others, there doesn't seem to be any reason why one year is worse. I've had times when I had to use two hands to have enough strength to pick up a cup of coffee.

Actually since I started paddling often, most of the problems have gone away, though the wrists are sometimes sore.
