It's been a while since I looked at aircraft dacron here in Ireland but I could only find certified. Can't see that having been changed since, :( though I can see the point for suppliers, no real demand for uncertified dacron, on top of aviation regulations. Less SoF builders here too.

It's hard enough to find synthetics in heavier weights here as well. Not impossible but cotton based is less expensive and more available.
