Maybe everybody knows about this stuff, but I found out last summer when it was time to put a coaming riser in my daughter's boat. With this stuff--Devcon Flow-Mix--you can use one hand to position an item and use the other to squirt 60-second epoxy into a joint. The two-part goop mixes as it spirals down the nozzle. I was able to hold the riser in position, squirt the stuff, then put it down and use the other hand to finalize the riser position. I held it for minute or two, and that was it: all ready for filleting and finishing. Man, what a difference from fussing with clamps, tape, or super glue. I just used it again last month to stick knee braces in another boat--which I subsequently glassed in. The epoxy is strong, and the way it's delivered it's like having a third hand. Highly recommended for those assemblies that otherwise might require a sky hook.
