Anyone tried dyeing the skin in a tub before putting it on? I have the worst luck with dye. Last one looked pretty good and I thought I was had it. New one, used the same dye, same skin, same methods and this one is faded and washed out looking now. No where near the bright color the last one had. No idea why either. It looked good till I moved it outside. Just wondering why you couldn't just dye the skin on a washtub of washing machine before skinning.

I am really starting to see why you like the Polyester Dave. I am becoming a convert!!
