Also there is the possibility of blush. There's no such thing as a non-blushing epoxy, there are some where it's less of a problem but any epoxy can blush. Regardless of what the manufacturer states, have to always check your layups for that oily/waxy coating.

I suspect though that the other guys are right, that you have oil left from using the compressor.
