Yeah but Brian is ripping the bamboo from 4 x 8 sheets....That said you could rip 1.5 or 2" strips from same and laminate but it does seem like a lot of extra effort for something that may or may not work. He also used the carmelized for some reason I forgot saying the standard didn't perform as well for ribs??????
