I won a Seal's extreme tour skirt at a race and I love it. It has a neo deck and a nylon tunnel. I don't use the suspenders so it will work with the tunnel on my paddle jacket. It hasn't blown in rolls or surf. http://www.sealsskirts.com/prod_tr_extremetour.html You could call them about sizing.
