Roger and I build two sea Fleas last summer. We modified them to be a bit narrower than on th eplan. Looking at the Kidarka, I would think it could be a bit narrower as well - to make it a better roller. It also might be a bit easier to build than the Sea Flea as the bow and stern don't need the stem pieces.
Build Kidarkas and I'll try to bring the Sea Fleas. Then let the kids try both.
