If this is the tip of the bow, one option is to cut 4-6" of the tip off and put a solid piece
of wood there. Other than that I'd add extra glass to the thin spots. Also for those 1/8" strips you could
glue another strip to the back of those..sand it enough that you can smoothly glass over them..I probably
would be satisfied with an extra layer of glass pasted on those and call it good.
