Skin-on-Frame: Skirt for Yost Sea Rider - Size?

A little help in finding a skirt for my completed Sea Rider. I made a mistake going to a local outfitter and the sales person used a 1.2 cockpit cover to determine the size I need. The cover fit perfect but the skirt is way loose. It's just the standard Yost Sea Rider but the 1.2 from Seals isn't going to work.

Suggestions I have a tracing so who would be best to send it to if I can't resolve. Snap Dragon, Seals, NRS ??
