Where will it sit? In a shop with no intention of having it move or in a garage and you plan to wheel it outside to keep the garage dust free?

If you want it mobile, I would use large wheels on on side like the portable Rigid saw has and leave the other side with no wheels. I have the portable Rigid and it rolls around easy and once it's set down it doesn't budge. I would forget casters. If it's going to sit in a shop and not moved, then that's a different story.

BTW: - just curious, how did this thing end up without it's cabinet and in pieces?
