I've had a bit of experience with pink Foamular 250 for waveskis. Epoxy is one of the best things to use.

The epoxy wouldn't chemically melt the foam ... but it could if it produced a lot of heat while curing. BUT if you're just gluing pieces together ... that should be no worry if you're using a slow cure epoxy and because you'll be putting it on in a thin coat

Don't try anything with solvents like regular contact cement ... the solvents will definitely melt the foam.

Also don't try anything that requires off gassing to cure like construction adhesive ... because the foam will not allow the gasses to escape.

If you have to sand across glue joints ... don't glue all the way to the outside ... because the hard glue line will be difficult to sand without dishing out the foam between laminations.
