On the top of the board I used 4 layers of 4 oz and 3 layes of 4 oz on the bottom.
The top side has exta to help with flex from jumping on the board. I install a 1/4 plywood stringer down the middle of the foam cut to the profile of the board and then sand the foam down to the plywood.
