I am working on a Skin on frame kayak using coverlight for the fabric skin. Where do I purchase the vinyl cement for gluing the deck to the hull? I have found HH-66 vinyl cement online, but the shipping is a killer. The material is $7.00 or so and the shipping is over $10. What type of store would carry this locally? I haven't been able to find an upholstry dealer locally. SE Minnesota.

Also, do you generally order West System Epoxy or is it easy enough to find locally? Nobody carries it within an hour of my home.
