Yeah, the 2010 Outback with the new racks. Here's where I initially read about it:

And I emailed Nick at Thule and asked him if that would apply to other Thule racks as well. He wrote back:

"Yes, a majority of our accessories will work with the 2010 Outback crossbars - and yes, I think they'd be fine to mount our accessories and you boat to.
I would recommend our Glide and Set combo - or any one of our 'hull down' style of kayak carriers."
