Normally all the building forms are well taped (masking tape or duct tape etc.) so that when the glue runs on the inside (and it will) you don't inadvertantly glue the boat to the forms, that includes the internal stem forms. If the glue sticks to the tape it can be released (with some effort) after the boat is stripped.
