Wes, If you are using a vacuum bag technique for your glass application then you are probably already using peel ply.

If you are NOT using a vacuum technique then you have no use for peel ply, and this is probably a good time to keep doing things the same as you have been doing them. Don't change techniques when you are so close to the end. Finish this boat, and if you want to experiment with peel ply then just build another one.
