Btw, many years ago I co-owned a company that built folding sports chairs (before they became Walmart fodder), the liability insurance for them was 100 times more expensive than for a boat. Falls under the same catagory as ladders, go figure. Eventually the liability cost killed off that venture. Now they are all made in China where which protects the manufacturers since suite are impossible.

Without the advice of a decent lawyer you have no idea of what the risks are.
