Not sure what caused this but recoating is not going help. If the ZAR is loose it's still going to turn loose even with something on top of it.
No suggestions other than text some scrap. See if ZAR only sticks. Try another with the dye and ZAR. ZAR has worked very well for me. So unless ..... wait, was it ZAR oil based?
