I could've used this thread about a week ago, boys! From all appearances, I did most of this wrong.

I used the non-stretch, clear packing tape - can't put my finger through the gap, so that's okay, right?

Didn't cut bias for the seam - guess I'll see if that holds, as well. Haven't sanded/varnished yet - but it's getting wet this evening - even sans seat/footpegs/bulkheads. Hope it doesn't sink....

Weighs about 30 pounds now, give or take.
