Skin-on-Frame: How would you cover a kayak for $100?

I have all the materials for my frame, and I just got my budget for covering it: $100. I am building Yost's 13' Sea Bee, probably the multi-chine version. I am completely new to kayaking, and kayak building. I will be kayaking in some local brush lined creeks and small lakes in WV. I really like the look of some boats I have seen with white nylon fabric and a clear finish, but I'm sure that some look could be obtained with different fabrics, although yellowing of the finish could be a concern.
Knowing all this, what would be the best way to cover my kayak (including any sewing or glueing) for under $100?
