I don't recall any, but as Bill said, it's possible that they vary in how they are installed. Older VCP boats had fiberglass struts that supported the seat from underneath and although I haven't seen this in NDK boats, that doesn't mean that there aren't any like that. I found that a hacksaw blade, used on the pull stroke, works well for cutting under-seat struts, should you encounter them.
