S&G: CAD Models or other idea

Hi All,

Its not exactly S&G but I thought this might be the best place to get some good ideas. I'm trying to make a kayak from a solid block of polystrene.

Attempt 1 - was me hand sculpting/ planeing the polystrene with another kayak as visual aid. Didn't have very good stability as my hands clearly not very acurate.

So for attempt 2 I have found a machine that can 'machine' the block from a CAD file. I just dont have a CAD file. Anyone have any suggestions on where I could source one? Its just the basic 'outside' shape I'm looking for.
