Wet sand? Or better, wet sand with a little mineral oil or glycerin, so it won't dry out as quick. You'll probably need someone to pull you out so you don't wiggle and ruin the shape. Then fill the mold with clay, wax, or melted soap and sculpt the shape to your liking. (Don't use plaster unless you like fine white dust on everything :-).

Plan B might be wet sand with a layer of paper mache on top.
