Thanks, guys, started lurking at Woodenboat forums.

Right now, I only see lots of brightwork in my future, some replacement of frayed running rigging, and painting float bags with vinyl paint so they don't look so ugly.

If I find major structural issues, like rot or gappy seams at the transom or mast step, I'll pass on the purchase. I think she'll be sail-able, at least for this summer, and there's plenty of time in the off season for the ugly work :)
