Tools: Drill Kevlar ?

installing an electric bilge pump on a Solstice Titan Kevlar. Question, in kevlar: 1) how to drill or cut 1" holes, 2) how seal the holes raw edge ? The hull near the seat has developed a very shallow depression inward. Is there a method for pressing the depression back into an original shape ?
